Although a traditional, Swedish massage has a lot of benefits, what sets us apart is that our therapists prefer to do more of a medical massage. They are all trained in lymphatic drainage, sports massage, post-surgery massage, deep tissue, acupressure, and cranial sacral techniques. Our master masseuses also do cupping with the Korean plastic cups. We also offer add-ons such as hot stones, hot towels, aromatherapy, and CBD oil.
Benefits of massage include:

Massage has a wide range of benefits to the mind and body and is one of the oldest healing traditions. Many people consider massage when experiencing acute pain or discomfort in a particular area of their body, but the benefits of massage are maximized when done consistently.
Beyond reducing muscle tension and recovering soft tissue injuries, massage improves circulation and stimulates the lymphatic system. It also increases joint mobility and flexibility, and improves skin tone. The benefits of massage to the mind are extensive.
Massage immediately prompts deep relaxation and calm due to the release of endorphins, which produce feelings of well-being. Massage relieves anxiety and depression and reduces stress hormones. When our body experiences high levels of stress, it impacts our physical well-being by weakening the immune system. When massage is regularly used as a tool to promote and maintain overall health and wellness, our clients see profound results.
